Julie is the Branch Manager of the Waco Branch. She not only manages the Waco Branch but has consistently been the Top Originator in the Waco Office for the past 15 years. She is a well-known leader in her community with over 35 years of Mortgage Lending experience. Julie has built lasting relationships with Realtors, Builders, referral partners and clients. She was born and raised in Waco, TX, and loves giving back to her community. She was named Affiliate of the Year in 2020 by the Waco Association of Realtors. In 2022 she was awarded by Wallick & Volk the recipient of the “James D. Volk” award for integrity and excellence. Julie has been married to her husband Greg for 27 years. Together they love their family deeply and are blessed to spend quality time with their grandchildren Gavin and Breana.

Denise Norwood joined the Brinker Team in 2015. Denise not only assists with the Julie’s production, but she is also a licensed Loan Originator herself. Julie & Denise’s core beliefs align perfectly they are passionate about helping homebuyers along their journey through education, trusted guidance, and family values. Denise has formed lasting relationships with Realtors and clients and plays a crucial role in assisting Julie to serve our clients over the years. Denise has been married for over 12 years to Justin. They are the proud parents to 3 boys Ricky Carter, Aiden, and Ethan. They are proud of all their sons but especially proud of their oldest son Ethan who is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps.
